Edelweiss Hotel Borovets

The booking process was excellent and dealt with swiftly with Profi tours. On arrival at our hotel we checked in and were given our room number ( on 3rd floor). As it was myself and 2 young children we struggled to carry the luggage to the room, with no offer of assistance. The room was very small and had limited storage for a family of three with ski gear. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant drain smell coming from the bathroom, which remained throughout our stay.
We had excellent service from some staff, whilst others we found to be a little rude and unhelpful.
The food in the hotel was fantastic and there was always plenty of options.
