Áàñåéíúò, äæàêóçèòî, ïàğíàòà áàíÿ è ñàóíàòà - ğàáîòÿò ñàìî äî 8 ÷àñà âå÷åğòà âìåñòî äà ãè ïóñíàò äåíîíîùíî èëè ïîíå äî 12 ÷àñà ïğåç íîùòà. Îòíîøåíèåòî íà ïåğñîíàëà å îòëè÷íî - îòçèâ÷èâè, óñìèõíàòè. Õğàíàòà å óæàñíà, îáèêíîâåíèòå äâîéíè ñòàè íå îòãîâàğÿò êàòî çà õîòåë 4 çâåçäè - äîğè è ïî íàøèòå çàíèæåíè ñòàíäàğòè. Ìàòğàöèòå ñà íåóäîáíè, âúçãëàâíèöèòå âèñîêè...

Âñè÷êèòå òåçè íåùà áèõà ìîãëè äà ñå îïğàâÿò íà óïğàâëåíñêî íèâî... òàì íåùàòà êóöàò îïğåäåëåíî.

Terra Complex

The hotel is far away from the lift, approximately 13 km.
TV very very small, not flat TV and not working. Not fully equipped kitchenette as stayted. We had only 6 cups. Not hair dryer, you need to ask and they will give you if they have one.
We had New year diner. Big mistake. The waiters were very impolite and unhelpful. We could not order some extra drink. We waited 2 hours from the salad to the second plate. The main course was served after 2 am.
The room was not in the main building and very inconvenient if you want to go to spa or swimming pool. To go from one building to another was on the dark ice road. No side walks.
I will not recommend this hotel. Avoid it.
